literacy training  to the youths as a mindset change strategy, promote good nutrition &WASH, food security to prevent stunting of children below five (5) years. Currently TUA is implementing amplify change project aims at reducing increase of sexually transmitted disease among the young peoples and livelihood program as a way of income-generating activity among the young people, the organization is working in Nwoya,Omoro, Gulu City and Gulu District with field based in all respective districts within the district. 

TUA Uganda work in partnership with others development partners to implement Right2Food a project aim at every child to grow with ZERO malnutrition  to preventing stunting (under nutrition) to the children’s below five years, these project aims to improved better food security, good Nutrition and WASH to prevent stunting. During the project advocacy, we found out over 200 children’s suffering with malnutrition in the four district according to the reports in the health centre where the care taker are unable to feed them due to low capacity of food shortage, TUA Uganda are sensitizing communities to change their mindset on preventing gender based violence as the main course of malnutrition living children suffering due to divorce.

Against the advocacy TUA Uganda has decided to construct a home rehabilitation centre which shall help for temporary care of children’s with malnutrition with daily proper feeding so that a child recover from malnutrition and we resettle children back home in their respective home with some food for a month and do follow up those children after settling them at their respected home after nutrition rehabilitation centre, the propose rehabilitation unit shall be in Gulu city which is the centre for the district.
